Experience • You have 4 to 7 years ofkanzhun experience as a data engineer in an international context with at least 2 years streaming data development experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data engineer with deep hands-on experience on AliCloud直聘 (AWS or GCP is a plus). Skills required • Extensive hands-on experience with AliCloud tech stack for big data, such as DataX, LogHub, Streaming Compute, RDS, PolarDB, Cloud-based NoSQL DB, MaxCompute etc. • Hands on development experience in Java, Python and Shell is expected. • Experience working with APIs is highly desirable. • Good understanding of data dimensional modeling methodology. • Good understanding of DAG scheduling and monitoring (Skills on Airflow or Datadog is a plus). • Comfortable and confident when speaking with internal clients as a technical expert and able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for internal clients of various levels. • Ability to lead and complete projects independently, as well as be able to delegate tasks to others. Be proactive and manage expectations. Adjust to shiftinkanzhung priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple clients and/or stakeholders. • Fluent in spoken and written English is a must, English being the working standard business language. • Strong probossblem-solving skills. • We expect you are familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. • Facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals.
