Education:
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems ,business  or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field can be a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry, with a focus on mobile-first digital platform for agents or related projects can be a plus.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the insurance sector.
Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop solutions.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of new business selling process in insurance, leads management systems, their functionalities, and integrations.
Familiarity with industry standards and technologies, such as ACORD, JSON, XML, and APIs.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, or Confluence.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve business challenges.
