Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry, with a focus on mobile-first digital platform for agents or related projects can be a plus. Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the insurance sector. Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop solutions. Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, compliance, and best practices. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of new business selling process in insurance, leads management systems, their functionalities, and integrations. Familiarity with i来自BOSS直聘ndustry standards and technologies, such as ACORD, JSON, XML, and APIs. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, or Confluence. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve business challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks ankanzhund deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
