We’re currently looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer with experiences in AI/LLM programming. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models, integrating them into our products, and ensuring they operate effectively. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, build, and deploy LLM-based solutions for diverse applications, including question-answering systems, search engines, content generation, and task-solving agents. ● Research and stay current with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM technologies, frameworks, and libraries. ● Optimize and fine-tune LLM models for enhanced performance, effikanzhunciency, and accuracy. ● Leverage the latest advancements in AI research to contribute fresh ideas to our projects. ● CrBOSS直聘eate and maintain documkanzhunentation for implemented solutions and share knowledge with the team. ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LLM usage in production scenarios, ensuring high reliability and performance. ● Understand business objectives and develop models that help achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress. ● Analyze ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and rank them by their success probability. Requirements: ● A Master‘s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required. ● At least 5+ years of industry experience as an ML engineer with expert-level knowledge of machine learning practices, techniques, and state-of-the-art algorithms and methodologies. ● Experience in developing RAG-based Chatbot, with a deep understanding of the search pipeline (query understanding, retrieval, relevance, ranking, etc.), and the ability to formulate appropriate technical solutions based on business requirements. ● Solid experience working with LLMs, such as GPT-4/ Llama/ T5/ BERT, and In-depth understanding of LLM-based multi-agent systems. ● Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc. ● Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to drive the initiative-level technical vision for ML and AI. ● Experience with LLMOps: Auto-GPT, LangChain, LlamaIndex, VectorDBs. ● Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies. Nice to have: ● Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies, like Recommender Systems, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. ● Experience in commercializing ChatGPT or GPT-3/4 for business applications. ● Experience in Intelligent Virtual/Voice Assistant products development ● Technical PR (victories in competitions/hackathons, open LLM/NLP projects on GitHub). ● Proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. ● Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. ● Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
