Job summary: Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd (NWCD) is a newly formed independent company that operates Amazon Web Services (AWS) Ning Xia Region. NWCD Cloud Support Engineer team provides world class support to AWS Ning Xia region customers and aims to become the standard of cloud support. Cloud Support Engineer is a remote technical support role (NOT call center) as an expert in various IT areas and provides timely in-depth troubleshooting advice and architectural best practice to customers via support cases and occasional on-site visits. We are seeking talented engineers with strong technical knowledge, problem determination skills and troubleshooting experience. Basic Qualification: • 5+ year of professional technical experience working within the internet industries focused on troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. • Strong knowledge and e来自BOSS直聘xperience of Hadoop architecture, administration and maintenance. • In depth experience in administrating one or more of the followings: bossApache Spark、Apache Hive、Apache HBase, etc. • Bachelor’s dbossegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical discipline. • Strong motivation to learn technologies. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across teams. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Preferred Qualification: • MS or PhD in related field. • Experience in Cloud/Distributed computing technology including large scale server fleet management and/or Hadoop environment management. • Prior work experience with AWS – any or all of EMR, Glue, RDS, EC2, Sagemaker, VPC, S3. Etc. • Experience in NoSQL. • Experienceboss in Data Lake architecture and administration. • Experience in programming and/or managing full application stacks from the OS up to custom applications. • Prior experience in Support role.
