该职位对英文有一定要求！有一定的英语基础，能够读写，具备书面能力。 工作职责(job responsibility)  负责管理中国区域的IT资产，包括硬件设备，软件许可证及其他资产信息的登记、记录和跟踪。 Manage IT assets in the China region, including registering, recording, and tracking hardware equipment, software licenses, and other asset information.  协助设备规划和采购过程，包括评估需求，选择合适的设备，并制定采购计划。 Assist in device planning and procurement processes, including assessing needs, selecting appropriate devices, and developing procurement plans.  确保设备的合理配置和部署，以最大程度地提高设备的使用效率。 Ensure proper configuration and deployment of devices to maximize device usage efficiency.  监测设备使用情况，定期进行性能评估和维护，确保设备正常运行，并及时处理设备故障。 Monitor devikanzhunce usage, conduct regular performance evaluations and maintenance to ensure devices are functioning properly, and promptly address device failures.  管理设备的更新和更换过程，包括定期升级设备硬件及软件，以确保设备与业务需求保持一致。 Manage the process of updating and replacing devices, including regularly upgrading device hardware and software to ensure devices align with business needs.  负责设备的退役和废弃处理，确保安全合规地处理设备并销毁设备上的敏感信息。 Responsible for device retirement and disposal, ensuring safe and compliant handling of devices and the destruction of sensitive information on devices.  提供员工设备使用培训和支持，以确保员工能够正确、有效地使用设备。 Provide training and support for employees on device usage to ensure they can use devices correctly and efficiently.  维护IT资产清单，及时更新资产数据并确保数据的准确性和完整性。 Maintain an inventory of IT assets, upkanzhundate asset data in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.  支持IT项目的实施和部署。 Support the implementation and deployment of IT projects,. BOSS直聘 协助解决IT资产和设备的直聘故障和问题，提供技术支持和解决方案。 Assist in troubleshooting IT asset and equipment issues, provide technical support, and solutions.  协调与供应商和服务提供商之间的合作关系，监督外部服务质量并执行合同管理。 Coordinate cooperation with vendors and service providers, monitor the quality of external services, and execute contract management.  上级分配的其他任务Other IT activities that IT manager assigned. 任职资格(Qu直聘alification) 本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业背景。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field. 3年以上IT基础设施支持工作经验.A minimum of 3 years’ experience with IT infrastructure support 两年以上IT资产管理和支持经验，具备IT资产管理软件的操作经验。 At least two years of experience in IT asset management and support, with experience in operating IT asset management software. 熟悉硬件设备、软件许可证管理和IT资产跟踪流程。 Familiar with hardware equipment, software license management, and IT asset tracking processes. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效解决问题和应对紧急情况。 Good communication skills and a team player, able to effectively solve problems and handle emergencies. 具备项目管理能力和服务意识，能够按时完成任务并满足业务需求。 Project management skills and service-oriented, able to complete tasks on time and meet business needs.
