数字化制造工程师

工作内容：
• Collaborate with cross-functional ICO(IT) teams to launch the local MES system within value stream ICO shopfloor area.
• Design and implement digital solutions, such as AOI / AI, sensors, and robotics, to optimize manufacturing operations and reduce manual labor.
• Develop and integrate software applications and systems to collect and analyze manufacturing data for process optimization and support TEF8 with data for predictive maintenance.
• Ensure the security and reliability of digital systems and networks within the manufacturing environment.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on the use of digital tools and technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in digital manufacturing technologies and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new digital solutions and technologies in collaboration with external vendors and partners.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process.
任职要求：
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on digital engineering, automation, or process improvement.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of digital solutions in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards related to digital manufacturing.
