Project Management: • Evaluate business cases to ensure PRU’s network requirement are fully evaluated and aligned with all corresponding counterparties. • Drive request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) process and evaluate the technical proposals • Setup and manage projects by international industry project management standard (PMP) especially focused on scope, budget, quality, time and resources • Manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested products, solutions and services • Finalize the project delivery with completed documentation • Make sure the handover process to operation is fully defined and executed Synergy with Scania central IT • Identify and create synergy with Scania central IT, especially on both campus and ILAN network; good collaboration with central IT ensure the campus network follows the same standard and process • Manage IT and process related projects including rollout of Scania network solutions, local business process re-engineering and system development IT Network Technologies and Architecture Management: • Assure continuous operations of network infrastructure and Architecture (e.g. Firewall, IPS, WAN, LAN, active and passive network infrastructure), general architectural Management (Architectural Board), Monitoring and Alerting as well as other Infrastructure Services (e.g. DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc.) • Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT Network Team and outsourcing service team • Implement and optimize processes and policies (strategy, design, transition, operation) in Network Technology and IMS Area • Determines IT Service requirements by analyzing needs of users/departments; prioritizing modifications to Network; developing and implementing documentation requirements for problem resolution • Understand overall service offering and assist in developing and executing future network strategies based upon customer (internal business department) demand, financial constraints, trends, and new technologies. • Manage and govern Infrastructure Management Services for active and passive network components and other Infrastructure services in the above mentioned areas • Prepare decision proposals for IT Infrastructure Services and IMS optimization in above mentioned areas • Manage support information by documenting policies and processes, maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities • Effectively communicate scope and manage expectations among all parties involved in a timely manner; and maintain business relationship professionally • Provide technological recommendations in the development and implementation regarding to system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance • Resolving issues that may arise between the team and any service partners(internal and external) Operation Process Management (future extension) • Continuously analyses, review and re-check the existing IT processes in the above mentioned areas to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change • Analyze and evaluate existing processes and consolidate requirements focus on customer orientation and cost aspect • Manage and improve the processes to deliver value-added products and services to the business departments • Take charge of coordination with other business units in case of cross-unit responsibilities or dependencies for above mentioned service areas Network Service Quality Management (future extension) • Benchmark and review performance of active and passive network, and make recommendations for improvement or upgrade requirements • Manage the Local IT Service Experience by managing the service partners against SOWs and SLAs, continuously monitoring the client experience • Manage and monitor overall maintenance agreements and contracts (run time and budget) to ensure continuous the SLA. • Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans, perform incident analysis and suggest action items • Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans • Drive continuous IT Service improvements by evaluating and upgrading processes • Drive request for proposal (RFP) processes and manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested products, solutions or services Education and/or Experience Bachelor Degree or above Fluent both oral and written English Min. 5 years working experience in network project management in big manufacture company Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Project management skills (PMP) ITIL process management skills. Basic network knowledge(CCNA, CCNP) CDCP certification is preferred Good communication and coordination Highly motivated and self-learning Team collaboration and Problem Solver Confident and self-motivated
