Weekly Tasks
- Scheduling - Sort the Omni Schedules for all your team
- Management Meeting - Attend weekly management meeting (1 per week)
- Team Meeting - Deliver weekly meeting (1 per week)
- Workshops - Deliver workshop if required (2-3 per month)
- Evaluations (1-2 per week)
- Observations - teachers (3-4 observations per week)
- Demos - Complete My First Lessons for SS and HF levels (2-6 per week)
- One to Ones – meet with newest team members (2-4 per week)
- Mentoring - Arrange and run mentoring sessions (Delegate out)
Monthly Tasks
- Headmaster Meeting - Meet with headmasters and discuss monthly plan
- Department Manager Meetings - Meet with department managers to discuss current difficulties
- One to Ones - Complete one to ones with academic team
- Production manager Report - Complete report and discuss with Headmaster/president.
- Team Events – Organize events inside and outside
Yearly
- Staff Gala / Student Gala – Support in delivering city-wide events
- Halloween party / Christmas Party – Supporting in running city-wide outdoor school events
- Summer Course / Winter Course – Ensure staff are trained and deliver courses to a high standard
As Required
- Academic Induction - Run academic induction program
- Marketing Events - Support with outdoor marketing events
- Exit Interviews – Have a member of HR or Foreign Affairs complete an exit interview with each member of staff leaving
- Noticeboards - Updating OPT schedules and office noticeboards
- Team Roles - Reviewing and assigning team roles
- Team Development – Promote and develop staff into Lead Teacher, Senior Teacher or Associate DoS positions
- Interviews – Complete local teacher interviews or support in Foreign Teacher interviews if required
