Account Manager

HROne is a B2B company providing employment and payroll services to international companies. We are looking for an HR Account Manager.
Most of the contact persons from clients side are business owners or senior managers. This position gives you the opportunity to learn from them.
Responsibilities:
1. Onboard clients.
a. Align and coordinate the work process, schedule and communications between clients and operation team.
b. Setup clients’ data in our system.
c. Setup clients’ payroll policy.
2. Onboard clients’ employees.
a. Collect related documents.
b. Setup individual employees’ data in our system.
c. Coordinate the signing of labor contracts.
d. Coordinate to provide portal access to individual employees.
3. Monthly communication.
a. Be the point of contact for clients.
b. Collect and report client onboarding & client retention monthly data.
c. Summarize and forward the clients’ monthly data to operation team.
d. Issue payment notices to clients and employees.
e. Coordinate and provide professional HR advice to clients.
4. Offboard clients and clients’ employees.
5. Manage and maintain relationships with clients.
6. Manage and maintain relationships with clients’ employees.
7. Coordinate with internal operation teams to ensure a high service quality.
8. Report client service cases and tips to the marketing team for case studies.
9. Develop new clients from existing clients and their employees.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Overseas education background is a plus.
2. 3+ years work experience in human resource or related functions is a plus.
3. Proficient English (most of the contact audience are foreigners).
4. Mature, social, good people sense and skill.
