Your tasks and responsibilities:
Define vacuum products (medical X-ray tubes and X-ray tube assemblies) architecture and module specification based on system requirement to ensure product comply with function, cost, risk and quality, as well as responsible for integrating product from submodule/modules of Baukasten, as well as customer system integration validation.
根据整机系统需求定义真空产品（ 医用X射线管及X射线管组件）系统架构和相应子模块，以确保产品符合功能、成本、风险和质量要求，负责从 Baukasten 的子模块/模块集成产品，及客户系统相关集成验证。
Your qualifications and experience:
1. Interpretation of system and business requirements into product/module technical requirement, high level product design, review and optimize integration and verification
将整机系统需求转换为产品或其相关模块技术规格要求，负责医用X射线管及X射线管组件产品架构设计，评审和优化产品的集成和验证。
2. Overall technical leadership, define vacuum products (medical X-ray tubes and X-ray tube assemblies) architecture and responsible for realization of product release and sustain to ensure product performance with high quality and cost effectively delivery
负责产品技术方案的制定，定义医用X射线管及X射线管组件产品架构并负责实现产品交付和维护，确保产品满足功能定义的同时并具有高质量和高性价比的交付。
3. Product requirement decomposition and allocation of derived requirement down to submodule(HW/SW) and part level to ensure the fulfillment of function, quality, delivery and cost from system requirements
分解产品需求，定义子模块（硬件/软件/机械）和部件规格，以确保满足系统定义的功能、质量、交付和成本要求。
4. Identify submodule technical topics and clarify to team and lead corresponding solving with close team work.
识别并澄清子模块技术问题，并通过紧密的团队合作领导相应的解决方案。
5. Submits ideas for future development and providing input for technology roadmap
为产品及技术发展规划提供相关建议。
6. Trade-off product/system design specifications and interfaces, determine feasibility of potential solutions and lead technical&design reviews
权衡产品/系统设计规范和接口，确定潜在解决方案的可行性并领导技术和设计审查。
7. Responsible for integrating product into customer system and support technical clarifications with cross function team
负责将产品导入客户系统，并与跨职能团队一起支持相关技术澄清。
8. Responsible for product safety and risk management.
负责产品安全和风险管理。
9. Support product-related procurement and OEM activities
支持与产品相关的采购和OEM活动。
10. Participate in process review of SCM provide necessary optimization suggestion.
参与SCM的流程评审，提供必要的优化建议。
11. As technical expert, Responsibility for organizing to investigate and solve related product quality issue
作为技术专家，负责组织调查解决相关产品质量问题
