'-Lead in designing, developing and implementing an application and business architecture blueprint; and provide guidance with aligning business processes, information management, applications and technical architectures to support our strategy.
-Responsible for development of latest FinTech systems and enhancement of existing IT systems
-Guide team development efforts in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery.
-Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
-Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
-Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
-Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
-Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
-Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
-Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
-Package and support deployment of releases.Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
-Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
-Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
-Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
-Explore new technologies and drive for innovation, especially new development tools, new algorithmic code, bring better solution for existing environment.
-Active participation on latest company FinTech initiatives
任职要求：
-至少5年的应用程序开发工作经验
-曾任技术领导职务的经验
-计算机科学或相关学科的大学学历
-精通使用Java进行开发
-对核心技术的深入了解和经验，包括：Java，Spring,
-自动化测试经验
-具有调试，性能分析和优化方面的经验 全面了解面向对象和面向服务的应用程序开发技术和理论
-积极主动性高，能够适应独立和团队工作
-良好的英语和中文（广东话和普通话）口语和书面表达能力
-与内部团队成员和对外合作者的良好沟通技巧
'-Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Application development
-Prior experience in a technical leadership position
-College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
-Proficient with development using Java
-In depth knowledge and experience with core technologies including: Java,Spring,
-Experience with automated testing
-Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
-Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
-Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
