海外高级战略销售-香港（驻中国香港）

岗位职责
1. 负责香港市场智慧商业和智慧行业业务的战略制定与执行；
2. 熟悉香港市场，有较强的B2B业务拓展能力，有较为丰富的智慧商业和行业客户资源及业务拓展经验，负责香港市场智慧商业SaaS和私有云智慧行业业务的客户开发和合作洽谈；
3. 擅长B2B软硬一体解决方案销售，负责智慧商业和智慧行业解决方案（包括但不限于智慧酒店/智慧公寓/智慧商照&楼宇/智慧工业/智慧地产/节能能源/安防等）全流程对接与项目落地；
4. 整合平台资源，与当地市场标杆客户达成合作，提升公司市场竞争力和行业影响力；
5. 优化客户结构，建设丰富的客户阵列，做好客户服务，实现客户满意和业务持续增长。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上智能硬件/智能家居/智慧能源/智慧商业/物联网/云服务等行业销售经验，擅长客户开拓，有项目整合落地经验或相关客户资源有限。
2. 有香港市场当地工作经验优先；
3. 精通英语和粤语；
4. 有IoT平台经验，服务过香港地区行业头部客户和落地标杆性项目经验者优先；
5 . 熟悉云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能、智能制造、智能硬件等基本概念和产业环境。
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of strategies for smart business and smart industry business in the Hong Kong market;
2. Familiar with the Hong Kong market, have strong B2B business development capabilities, have relatively rich smart business and industry customer resources and business development experience, and be responsible for customer development and cooperation negotiation of smart business SaaS and private cloud smart industry business in the Hong Kong market;
3. Good at B2B software and hardware integrated solution sales, responsible for the whole process of smart business and smart industry solutions (including but not limited to smart hotel/smart apartment/smart business photo & building/smart industry/smart real estate/energy saving/security, etc.) docking and project landing;
4. Integrate platform resources, reach cooperation with benchmark customers in the local market, and enhance the company's market competitiveness and industry influence;
5. Optimize the customer structure, build a rich customer array, do a good job in customer service, and achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of sales experience in smart hardware/smart home/smart energy/smart business/Internet of Things/cloud services and other industries, good at customer development, experience in project integration or limited customer resources.
2. Local working experience in the Hong Kong market is preferred;
3. Proficient in English and Cantonese;
4. Those with IoT platform experience, those who have served top customers in the industry in Hong Kong and experience in landing benchmark projects are preferred;
5. Familiar with basic concepts and industrial environments such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent hardware.
