计算机或数据方向应届生，本科及以上学历，原因从事HR系统BA工作 薪资8-10k/月 RESPONSIBILITIES System Support Troubleshoots production issues, including problem analysis, and performing steps for resolution. Acts as a liaison with IT & Vendor on technical issues and projects required technical support. Documents system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures. Provides expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of HRIS project. Reporting Collaborates with internal customers to analyze requirements, develops and implements various HRIS procedures and HR reports. Creates, maintains and delivers a variety of reports and HR dashboards that help the HR function and management to identify workforce trends and to understand business needs. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) ；advanced degree preferred. Typically requires minimum of 2+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data analytics and visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with HR Systems supporting (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc.) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences. Experience building and executing HR System enhancements and trouble shooting
