Position Title: UI/UX Intern Manager: Senior Manager, Software Engineering Working Location: Beijing, China 北京市朝阳区太阳宫大厦 Wiley is a global leader in research and education. How will you make an impact: - Attend requirements discussion process to grasp business requirement and background - According to the business requirements and Corporate Branding guideline to design the prototype and UI/UX (low and high fidelity) - Output the UI/UX design result with high quality and follow the modern trend. - Responsive design for desktop, mobile, WeChat, etc. - Communicate proactively and effectively with Business users and dev team to accurately grasp the requirements. - Respond to the review feedback swiftly to finalize the design on time. - Build and maintain the design guideline book of UI/UX team. We are looking for people who: - Bachelor or master’s degree and UI/UX related majors. - Proved capability of UI/UX design by past working experience. - Have good aesthetic ability and solid art skills. - Be able to complete UI/UX tasks on time. - Proficient in Figma, Sketch and other design tools or software. - Understand the current UI/UX design trends and continue to apply and improve in the day-to-day work. - Be able to evaluate the existing design then propose the optimization solution and take action quickly. - Pay attention to details. - Familiar with agile development methods (Scrum) - CV should be attached with past artwork. - Fluent English, both oral and written. - Willing to learn new knowledge and work hard.
