Quality Assurance Intern Position Title: Quality Assurance Intern Manager: Senior Manager, Quality Engineering Working Location: Shanghai, China Permanent Headcount Wiley is a global leader in research and education. How will you make an impact: Develop quality assurance plan, design test cases for Wiley’ products. Conduct tests, analyze results and provide feedbacks to product teams. Report bugs found in tracking systems and follow up to the resolution. Develop Automation test scripts and reports for Web application and RESTful API. Communicate with global and third-party teams in English, both orally and in writing. Perform other Quality Engineering related duties or functions as assigned. We are looking for people who: Master or Bachelor major in computer science, electric engineering, mathematic, CS or related fields. Good Java programming experience. Knowledge of basic testing methodologies and vocabulary. Able to maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all stages of testing. Willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies. Experience of writing tests and scripts in a scripting language (e.g., Python) is a plus. Experience of test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc. is a bonus. Experience of test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, etc. is a bonus.
