We're looking for a consultant who brings fresh ideas from all areas, including logistics operations, process improvement, and robotic, material handling using AI. As a supply chain consultant, you will work on projects implementing logistics software such aBOSS直聘s WMS and TMS with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow in China and globally. We need our consultants to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full stack as we continue to push technology forward. Key Responsibilities Work with the client warehouse operations team to understand and document the requirement/product flow using vTradEx WMS and TMS Provide configuration/custom solution design tbosso meet the requirement Work with the Integration team to configure the WMS and TMS application to drive the business process improvement Unit test the components and create rollouts Train overseas users and writing training course, user manual documents Work on test data setup for System Testing, UAT, and System Go-Lives Minimum Education B.S. Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience Minimum Technical Skills Exc直聘ellent understanding of warehouse business processes, and ableBOSS直聘 to document them with flow charts, good English or local language writing skills Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans. Software Implementation experience is preferred Supply Chain domain knowledge is preferred. Other Excellent communication and collaboration skills Capable of working under high pressure, able to stay calm and focused under stressful situations, and make sound decisions Strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management abilities, and a strong work ethic Willing to travel to South Affrica, and Congo. Travel duration is expected 2-3 month each trip Fluent in Oral English and be able to communicate and train users Speaking, reading, and writing Chinese is a must
