Overview of duties职责概述 1. Responsible for achieving the room and catering sales objectives of its markets and business segments.new account development and key account management. Main focus on Yunnan market. 负责实现自己的市场部分的客房和餐饮的销售目标。新客户的开发和重要客户的管理。主要关注云南市场。 2. Maintain and develop the top account in Lijiang market, keep in touch with the government, develop the Wedding and MICE group. 维护和开发丽江市场的重要客户,保持与政府的密切沟通,发展婚宴和商务团队。 3. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market andkanzhun the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. 代表度假村通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销度假村。 4. Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion. 保证所有每日工作任务按时完成。 5. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required. 手工或是用电脑保留和更新销售记录。 6. Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers. 与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。 7. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently. 高效认知和掌握销售线索。 8. Represent the resort and participate in domestic and international sales activities. 代表度假村参加国际及国内的销售活动。 9. Creative contribution to product and sales development. 发挥创造力,为度假村的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。 10. Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews. 仔细计划与客户的会面,对预定的客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标。 11. Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment. 在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。 12. Prepares and updates customer management reports and ensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time. 准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。 13. Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility. 积极地传播产品信息,在负责的市场内营造度假村的知名度。 14. Participates in planning and realization of sales campaigns together with Director of Sales & Marketing within defined market segments. 在所负责的区域内,与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势,并确保其实现。 15. Ensures files, correspondence and other relevant business documentation are maintained. 确保部门文件,及相关资料的存档。 23. Carries out other tasks as dirbossected by the Director of Sales & Marketing . 完成市场销售总监交给的其他任务。 24. Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis. 评估个人表现,使之不断提高。 Reporting line直属上司 Reports to the Diretor of Sales & Marketing 向市场销售总监汇报 Profile概述  University Graduate. 大学毕业  Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain resort. 具有至少1-2年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。  Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must. 必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力。  Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Office software. 良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软办公室软件。  Good communication and writing skills 具有良好的沟通及写作技能。  Ability to work independently and under pressure. 独立工作和承担压力的能力。  Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility. 具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。  Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems. 掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。  Knowledge in Corporate/Travel Ibossndustry/MICE /Catering sales. 了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。  Ability and understanding of the market and competition. 能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
