About this opportunity We are looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing planning, design and optimization of a network to meet customer requirements. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. What you will do Deliver Network Design and Optimization service, which including: Coverage, capacity, quality, interference analysis and improvement Network KPI improvement End-user perceived quality optimization Including 2/3/4/5G technology Develop optimization algorithm and intkanzhunegrate in Ericsson AI/ML platform Understand customer requirements, develop solution and implement BOSS直聘solution with approved scope and cost within time plan. Share knowledge withBOSS直聘in Ericsson and with customers You will bring Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT Good knowledge on telecommunication thebossory Basic knowledge on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) technologies Knowledge in data analbossytics concept and technology Excellent communication and social skills Good spirit of collaboration, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with strong self-learning skill Proficient on English
