Cloud Support Engineer is a remote technical support role (NOT call center) as an expert in various IT ar直聘eas and provides timely in-depth troubleshooting advice and architectural best practice to customers via support cases and occasional on-site visits. We are seeking talented engineers with strong technical knowledge, problem determination skills and troubleshooting experience. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:  Engage groundbreaking technologies and interact with leading technologists around the world  Apply troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs  Represent customer to drive improvements to services.  Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services and drive customer communication during critical events  Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers’ technical support experience Basic Qualificbossation:  Stronbossg customer focus and communication skill  Solid knowledge and experience in Linux system administration  Deep understanding of TCP/UDP protocols, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, DNS protocols and related problem determination  Experience on package analysis and related troubleshooting tools  Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field  Excellent spoken and written communication in both English and Mandarin  Open to working shifts (e.g. 7am-4pm or 2pm-11pm or 11pm-7am, Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat)  Self-starter who is excited about cloud technologies来自BOSS直聘. Preferred Qualification:  Advanced TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS related encapsulation and performance tuning  Deep understanding of Linux TCP/IP protocol stack, implementation and tuning  Experienced with web servers including Nginx, Apache etc  Familiar with networking technology including SDN, CDN and load balkanzhunancing  Exposure to Cloud computing  Experience as technical support with direct customer communication
