Position Summary: In charge of driving international marketing plan to draw international visitors and exhibitors to China event
1. Media planning and management: Media partners cooperation negotiation; Advertisement order placement, ads creation and monitoring; Develop media and industry contacts.
2. Content Generation, include Edm writing, press release writing
3. Lead generation and data management.
4. Digital Media Planning and Management, include SEM/SEO management and monitoring, social media account content.
5. Monitor progress and optimize marketing campaigns for better ROI.
6. Project management and Sales marketing support.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Works closely with marketing team to develop compelling collaterals to promote/sell the event to prospects and international buyers.
2. Supports marketing lead for timely preparation of print promotional materials, event newsletters, web content and promotions, social media, press releases, copy to assist advertising and marketing efforts, etc.
3. Plan, manage, execute events marketing plan.
4. Develop and execute visitor campaigns
5. Develop, manage and execute advertising and trade show plan to provide the event maximum exposure in international audience
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years working experience in trade show industry
2. Creative mindset with marketing sense, preferably with experiences in driving visitor to events
3. Good media relations and able to pitch for international press coverage; good knowledge of the trends in digital marketing and social media.
4. Good interpersonal and communications skills, able to work under pressure with ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
5. First class planning and organizational skills, with the ability to priority workload, deal with conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines.
6. Knowledgeable with marketing automation (Eloqua is an advantage)
7. Good English skills
