职位介绍：
作为测试人员保证项目质量，和团队一起确保项目按时交付。
工作内容：
• 负责支付业务的测试工作，参与产品需求评审，能够快速了解需求，跟进项目
• 组织和实施软件测试项目，编写测试文档，测试计划、测试用例、测试总结报告
• 在测试工程中，同产品经理、交付经理以及开发人员进行沟通交流，跟踪分析测试情况，解决测试过程遇到的问题
我们希望您：
• 计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位
• 具有3年以上软件测试或开发经验，有大型项目测试经验，熟悉软件工程、软件测试理论和方法
• 熟悉瀑布或敏捷测试流程，熟练黑、白盒测试用例设计方法
• 熟悉服务端压力/性能/接口测试以及相关工具，如JMeter、Fiddler、Charles等
• 具有自动化测试经验、支付业务测试经验优先
• 有良好的团队协作精神、工作认真负责，有快速学习的能力。
• 有很强的质量意识，良好的沟通能力和积极主动精神，能够有力推动、协调工作的开展

Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
Ensure project quality as a tester and work with team to ensure project delivery on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for testing of payment business, participating in product requirements review, quickly understand requirements, and follow up projects.
• Organize and implement software test projects, write test documents, test plans, test cases and test summary reports.
• Communicate with product managers, delivery managers, and developers in test engineering to track and analyze test situations and solve problems encountered during the test process.
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in read and written English.
• At least 3 years of software testing or development experience, with large project testing experience, familiar with software engineering, software testing theory and method.
• Familiar with waterfall or agile test process, familiar with black and white box test case design method.
• Familiar with server-side pressure/performance/interface testing and related tools, such as JMeter, Fiddler, Charles, etc.
• Experience in automated testing and payment business testing is preferred.
• Have good team spirit, work seriously and responsible, learn quickly.
• Have a strong sense of quality, good communication skills and proactive spirit, can effectively promote and coordinate the development of work.
