Social Manager

Key Responsibilities:
 【Communicate】Independent docking project promotion, positive interaction with customers, reasonable management of customer project expectations
 【Proposal】Participate in internal brainstorming for specific projects, sort out communication resources, and write new media marketing plan
 【Coordination】Coordinate internal resources reasonably and push forward team work progress in a rhythmic manner
 【Execution】Promote customer and internal business processes, grasp the rhythm and progress of communication execution, be responsible for budget scheduling and new media copywriting
Requirements:
 At least 3 years of media experience in a large advertising agency, able to independently manage the daily work of media projects
 Strategic skills: Ability to write social marketing strategies independently; Familiar with the use of marketing tools, such as cloud map / Mind analysis; Have Xiaohongshu KFS, Douyinxing push search experience, rich experience in search strategy and placement, can independently output social platform search strategy and optimization recommendations; Ability to present strategic proposals independently; Experience in mother and baby industry is preferred, especially milk powder customer experience is preferred
 Project coordination ability: with social marketing implementation experience, familiar with social marketing resources play, can coordinate the follow-up of creative landing, KOL implementation, IP activity project, linkage hard wide resource implementation
 Communication and coordination ability: Have good clear communication skills, be able to independently connect with customers, agents / media and other partners;
 Work under pressure: Have a clear career plan, good mood and work under pressure
