SW Engineer座舱安卓Framework开发

主要职责/Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

负责Android Framework 模块开发工作
负责Android系统性能持续优化，包括启动速度、响应、流畅度。
负责跨模块的性能优化方案。
Responsible for Android Framework module development
Responsible for the continuous optimization of Android system performance, including startup speed, response, and smoothness.
Responsible for cross-module performance solution.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:
精通Android系统框架，熟悉下列1个或多个模块/框架：Android Automotive, Audio, Connectivity, Media, Account, Network, Power, AMS, WMS, Input, PMS, SurfaceFIinger、View窗口体系架构等。
精通Android基础性能调优，有系统Framework性能优化经验，包含响应、流畅度、内存优化、进程管理等。
能熟练掌握系统调试工具，以及性能问题分析工具Systrace, Traceview, perffto, 火焰图等工具的使用。
责任心强、有良好的团队合作和沟通能力。

Proficient in the Android system framework, familiar with one or more of the following modules/framework: Android Automotive, Audio, connectivity, Media, Account, network, Power,AMS, WMS, Input, PMS, SurfaceFIinger, View window system architecture, etc.
Proficient in Android basic performance tuning, with experience in system Framework performance optimization, including response, smoothness, memory optimization, process management, etc.
Able to proficiently use system debugging tools and performance analysis tools such as Systrace, Traceview, perffto, flame graphs, etc.
Strong sense of responsibility, good team cooperation and communication skills.


学历/Education:
本科以上学历，全日制大学计算机或相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above in regular universities and Computer or equivalent majors.

工作经历 /Work Experience：
3年以上安卓框架服务开发经验；
熟悉从需求到设计、开发和测试的整个开发过程。
More than 3 years of Android framework service/component development experience
Familiar with the whole development process from requirements to design, development and testing.
知识、技能和能力/ Knowledge, skills and abilities
良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
具备基本的英语听说读写能力，能够在日常工作中用英语读写文档。
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Have basic ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, and be able to read/write tech. document in English in daily work
