Technical Consultant

The Role
Will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva application to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. Most time you will have responsibilities for analysis, design, configuration of the application as a Solution Architect.
What You’ll Do
• Responsible for solution consulting, including product implementation and system integration. Collaborative commerce in the pre-sales stage.
• Individual contributor for Veeva products services delivery projects. Responsible for high quality project deliverables:
o Customer engagement for the new requirements
o System technical design and related documents
o Product features configuration
o Environment Management
o Data Initialization & Migration
o Integration Design, Development & E2E Testing Support
o Bug fixing
o User training / feature education
• Cooperate with customer and Veeva other internal team to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and accelerators.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar degree
• Good communication skills in English
• Multi-system integration experience, solid understanding of architecture.
• Familiar with product implement process and popular programming languages, such as Python, Java, .NET, SQL.
• More than 5 years ‘work experience in IT industry.
• Motivated and effective self-starter that can lead colleagues and customers through complexity to get results
