Commercial HRBP Manager

This position needs to hybrid work BTW Shanghai and Kunshan.
Job Description：
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) focuses on the priorities strategically aligned to the business.
HRBP builds a valuable and trusting relationship with stakeholders, acts as the thought partner to inspire the stakeholders to visualize the future business strategies, facilitate the process to assist stakeholders to make business decisions, as well as interpreting most critical business strategies into forward looking HR priorities.
HRBP acts as the HR architect to design HR priorities and projects addressing the business needs and execute across the organization via persuasion and influence.
HRBP identifies the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges throughout the organization and are aligned with a specific business unit or function, owning talent management strategy for that group.

Strong strategic consulting skills to facilitate and manage the thinking process for stakeholders, in order to create and articulate the vision in a way everyone can relate to.
Strong business acumen and talent management skills to work with and influence the aligned business unit or functional leader.
Strategic Thinking -
Think holistically about the strategy of the business and talent processes that support the business’s goals.
Have a breadth and depth of experience within HR that allows them to understand their business unit and develop appropriate HR solutions with forward looking HR methodologies.
Proficiency in data judgment to build and articulate HR solutions effectively and allow the HR function to assess its progress and quantify the value of its impact on the business at large.
Stakeholder Management -
Strong relationship management skills that enable collaboration and networking both within the HR function and throughout the organization, leading to synergies in work and business goals.
Listen to the problems of the business, challenge business leader assumptions, guide leaders about the talent implications of decisions, and present talent solutions.
Persuasion & Influence -
The ability to gain other's support through persuasion, logic, inspiration or charisma.
The ability to move others to a belief, position, or course of action through clearly defining needs, proposing actions, and explaining benefits and outcomes.
Approaches issues or disagreements with the objective of reaching win/win solutions.
Qualifications：
The business partner is an experienced HR professional who has a broad experience in various HR areas of expertise.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8-10 years direct HRBP experience in MNC manufacturing companies and with experience in cooperating with Commercial Team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Results-orientation, good project management skills
Team player, good relationship-building, influential and coaching skills
Ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment with multiple priorities is a must
