MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • To ensure the responsible project and task can deliver on time. • To do the research and development for the advance and innovation technology. • To ensure the responsible electronic design can fulfill AL latest requirement for different stage. • To support the internal design review to check the design in technical, reliability cost behavior. • To support team members to build-up the competence of cross-function working skills. • To continuous optimize AL design guideline base on his/her experience before or experience in AL. • To provide the technical support to solve the hardware issue in projects. • Support the hardware industrialization for EMS and plant. • To work closely with HQ and ensure that the company design strategy, design guide and lesson learn to be transferred into local team. • To coach team members’ hardware design capability. • To coordinate Quality Procedures Management. • Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. • Attend the customer technical review meeting and handle the system level discussion. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering equivalent or higher LANGUAGES: Good command of Oral & Written English EXPERIENCES: • 5-year experience in the hardware design of products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirable.(E.g. power electronic) • Good PC skills especially in OrCAD or Allegro System, and good knowledge in Schematic Layout and simulation. • Good hardware development experience on EMC solving experience. • System or software development experience is preferred. • Good problem analyzing and solving capability. • Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 6 is required. Japanese is advantage. • Familiar with the DC/DC design, Topology, DCM & CCM, PFC, LLC, EMC debugging, components selection. Have knowledge about the software design. • Knowledge of Function safety (ISO26262) is preferred. Can draw DFMEDA, FMEDA, FTA, WCCA. • Deeply understanding about power electronic or automotive lighting. • Familiar with Industrialization design knowledge, DFSS. • Digital-analog hybrid system design is preferred. • Good mathematics skills can handle the calculation of the design.
