Laboratory Management: • Oversee all aspects of the laboratory in the company including staff, equipment, suppliers, stocks, documentation, etc. • Ensure quality standards for GC analysis and labs are maintained. • Review and update SOP’s in relation to lab and discharge, and ensure staff training and sign off. • Utilize analytical methods to enhance and improve existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, discharge, process compatibility and safety. • Work in conjunction with site operations management teams as necessary • To adhere to all company Health, Safety and environmental policies and procedures, to lead by example in developing site HSE culture. Quality Management: • Oversee and direct all Quality associates to ensure that our process produces a product which meets the customer’s quality requirements. • Recommend frequency, evaluate and maintain testing techniques, in conjunction with production and technical. • Manage the testing and adjustment process to yield consistent acceptable quality with consideration for optimal yield cost. • Minimize variation in testing of products through the calibration/verification of test equipment, standardization of procedures, and training of personnel. • Perform Root Cause/ Failure Analysis to help determine corrective action for out-of-spec and/or defective materials by working closely with technical, manufacturing, field personnel and the customer. Be the contact person for quality problems in the field and plant. Verify incoming raw materials and contact suppliers for non-conformances. • Oversee analytical testing. • Maintain and update test methods and work instructions as needed. Manage the document control process for all Quality Management System procedures. • Manage the Quality Management System to ensure the production facility abides by required standards • Manage customer complaints and ensure communication of resolution internally Skills: Chemistry, Science, Process Engineering • BS Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering • Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role • ISO9001, ISO14001, and/or IATF experience is preferred. • Quality experience with chlorosilanes is preferred • Strong computer skills, statistical training, knowledge of problem solving techniques and tools and ability to creatively analyze complex problems, and be able to work with all levels in the organization including internal and external customers. 职位招聘1人 原标题：《高级质量经理》
