 1.负责市场开发，制作市场宣传资料，组织市场推广活动，展会。 Be responsible for marketing development. Prepare documents for marketing and sales development. Organize activities and exhibition。  2.负责制定年度销售计划，挖掘新客户，拜访客户。以客户为中心，达成并超越销售业务预算。 Be responsible for sales planing. Dig new customer and visit customer.consider customer as center. Achieve and exceed sales budget.  3.收集和报告相关市场信息和竞争对手的活动 Collect and report relative market information and competition activities  4.负责客户合同的拟定，跟踪订单满足客户的需求。 Prepare contract for customer, follow up order in order to meet customers request.  5.负责客户货款的回收 Be responsible for customer payment collection.  6.其他由主管安排的职责任务 Other duties as assigned by superior 任职资格/条件(学历、工作经验、专业知识&技能等) 1． 本科学历以上，专业为国际贸易，市场营销。 Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing and sales management. 2． 具有5年以上的销售管理经验。 Above 5 years experience at sales management 3． 有化妆品、个人护理用品、健康护理用品销售经验者优先。 Cosmetic、personal care、health care product sales experience are preferred. 4． 有良好的沟通能力，能处理客户沟通中的问题，并保持良好的工作热情。 Excellent communication skill. Control customer communication. And keep passion. 5． 有良好的时间控制和成本控制能力。 Good capability for control time and cost 6． 可自由安排出差面对客户，有现场处理问题，快速反应的能力。 Can arrange customer visit freely. Solve issue at customer site. Fast reaction. 7． 良好的英语能力。 Good English capability in oral,writing and reading. 8． 良好计算机技能，熟练制作各种报表，文案。 Good skill for computer, familiar with make report and documents.
