Essential Responsibilities: 1. Act impartially, be competent and work in accordance with the lab’s management system; 2. Identify deviations from the procedures for performing lab activity, and initiate actions to prevent or minimize such deviations; 3. Cooperate equipment procurement work, and responsible for equipment entry and installation, daily maintenance, discard etc.; 4. To be contact window of lab to equipment vendors, handle with standard equipment repair. Analyze repair data, negotiate with vendors for maintenance/repair contract, save cost; 5. Organize equipment training for colleagues, operate equipments well, make work instruction of new equipments; 6. Responsible for equipment annual calibration and intermediate check; 7. Monitor and control lab environmental conditions to meet relevant requirements; 8. To be contact window of lab to facility, handle with notifications from facility 9. Monitor and control lab water quality to meet relevant specifications; 10. Complete all the records accordingly; 11. Report to lab management on the running status of all equipments, and any need for improvement; Basic Qualifications/Requirements: • Above Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or related field, mechanical profession is prefer. • At least 3+ years related experience in lab equipment management. • Be very professional in climatic chamber mechanism, vibration table mechanism etc. A electrician certificate is preferred. • Skilled for MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, and so on.
