Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the purchasing manager to expand and optimize the supply chain channel, carry out qualification review and on-site inspection for newly developed suppliers, as well as various business negotiations; 2. Coordinate the implementation of supply chain management, and establish a supplier development, maintenance, tracking and evaluation system; 3. Establish supplier archives, optimize supplier mix, develop new suppliers, establish stable purchasing channels, find sufficient sources of goods, master inventory status at any time, ensure timely supply of materials and avoid shortage; 4. Monitor the production capacity fluctuation of suppliers, organize the planning and supervision of the parts planning department, and take charge of the preparation and distribution of parts purchase orders of each responsible part 5. Be responsible for the management of supplier data and product data. 6. Be responsible for the preparation and revision of the supply chain and procurement management process, and control the procurement quality and cost 7. Order follow-up: implement the purchase plan according to the company's requirements, strictly follow up each link of the production order, deal with all kinds of supply problems in the production process in a timely manner (coordinate and solve the purchase materials, production use, quality, quantity of goods, etc.), and ensure the timely supply and quality of goods; 8. Formulate reasonable product purchase plan to reduce the unsalable caused by overstock of materials; 9. Responsible for dealing with daily orders, and timely coordination of problems arising from the purchase process, including delivery, quality treatment, return handling, etc., for the procurement of product progress tracking, and suppliers related to delivery time, volume and other aspects of communication and coordination, focusing on key materials to follow up and timely solve the abnormal material; 10. Be responsible for making of various reports, including cost analysis, sales analysis, inventory analysis, etc. 11. Be responsible for the statistical analysis of procurement and relevant procurement data, and issue procurement data report; 12. Be responsible for the company's warehousing and logistics management, arrange the order logistics and delivery, and organize the inventory check regularly; 13. Regularly and timely communicate and cooperate with colleagues in the procurement & supply chain of the headquarters in Germany to realize the synchronization of global procurement & supply chain; 14. Other related tasks arranged by the company. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major; 2. Understand the relevant operation links of the supply chain (including but not limited to planning, procurement and stock up, warehousing, distribution, after-sales and others). Rich experience in supply chain management, received training in supply chain management, planning management, logistics management or procurement management is preferred; 3. Proficient in office software and SAP system, especially procurement and planning module, with good data processing ability; 4. Have good communication and negotiation ability, judgment ability, cost awareness, learning ability and pressure resistance ability; 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work actively, carefully, and have a high professional ethics; 6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as the working language.
