  From construction and planning of nuclear power plants, to working in consultancy to writing a book about construction management; Aurelien was dedicated to a brilliant career as a Civil Engineer and Construction Manager. However, he decided to apply all his construction skills and knowledge to start his own company in the very vibrant city of Shanghai. He decided, with his 2 partners, to create a place where great design, high quality projects and a strong sense of ethics could come together. This is how he shaped the vision of the creative digital agency he wanted to start, and named it IT Consultis. Aurélien excels in analysis, business strategy and finding the best way to accompany a company through their digital journey and outshine their goals. He values honesty and transparency, elements that he puts at the core of the relationship he builds with each single coworker, business partner and client.

  Following his grand pa's path, Yoan always knew he would have his own company one day. With this in mind, he lost no time and opened his first business right after graduating in management, in China where he knew it was the right place to be. At IT Consultis, Yoan handles all the finance, HR and legal related operations - so he's pretty much the glue that holds all this creativity together and moving forward. When he is not in the office, you will find Yoan in one of the Urban Thai restaurants - one of the other businesses he owns and runs.
