岗位职责： 1、Prepare the monthly cost report for each vehicle model. Analyse the differences and help the prbossocurement team identify the potentibossal cost reduction pathway. 月报核算：完成在研车型月度成本核算，并分析成本差异原因，协助业务寻找额外降本机会。 2、Components development costs management: Ability in assessing the R&D costs for components and explore the budget opportunities for component R&D costs. Prepare the monthly report to disclose the R&D costs execution status for underdevelopment vehicle models. 预算管理：针对申报的零部件开发费进行评审，横展预算、执行数据，发掘零部件开发费预算机会。针对在研车型按月（按需）披露零部件开费执行情况。 3、Quotation support: Support the procurement team to confirm the cost data and support commercial team bossto prepare the quotation. 对外报价支持：支持采购业务确认成本数据，支持集团商务制作报价底稿。 任职要求： 1、Bachelor's Degree and above with t来自BOSS直聘he background of management accounting major. 本科及以上学历，财务管理相关专业； 2、Proficiency in English. Ability to write and speak English within the team. 具有流利的书面与口头英语表达能力 3、Two years relative or equivalent working experience. Mangement accounting is preferred. 2年以上财务工作经验，管理会计优先； 3、Ability to use MySQL/Power BI or other data analysis tool, and strong in collaboration among different departments and teams. 可以使用MySQL、PowerBI等工具进行数据处理，且有较强的沟通能力； 4、Quick learning to the change of the technology and circumstance, strong kanzhunlogic and reasoning abilities. 能快速应对环境及技术变化，并拥有较强的逻辑推理能力。
