Job summary: The Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure/Cybersecurity Manager to jokanzhunin our team. Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our organization's infrastructure and cybersecurity functions.  Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks.  Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including performance evaluation, coaching,and mentoring.  Develop and implement infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality,来自BOSS直聘 integrity, and availability of our systems and data.  Monitor and assess the organization's infrastructure and cybersecurity posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate controls and countermeasures.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and security-related projects.  Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure and cybersecurity.  Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on security policies, acceptable user protocols,BOSS直聘 and best practices.  Manage vendor relationships related to infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring eƯective service delivery and adherence to service level agreements. Qualification:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - CONFIDENTIAL -  Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on infrastructure andcybersecurity.  Strong experience in providing L1/L2/L3 support to Asia Pacific region  In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including security policy development,acceptable user protocols, access control, vulnerability management, and incident response.  Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals.  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Strong project management and organizational abilities.  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
