+Fleet management (40%) Onsite manage specific test fleet, ensure vehicle status on track Support for monitoring vehicle usage saturation Communication with counterpart to obtain a timeline for Hand over vehicles Take part in related meeting to get the specific test plan for applying all test license plate and insurance to reduce the gap time Schedule free time for the test vehicles stock taking on the demand Support for getting the test vehicles plan and coordinate the test resource on the demand Arrange vehicle HW/SW update to ensure readiness for the test operation Do vehicle usage report to present the vehicle status and vehicle saturation Fuel card usage record tracking + Coordinate the test drive( 30%) Perform as interface with internals and counterparts regarding test drive issue Output specific fault information of the vehicle for repair tasks and maintenance at handler. Output specific part requirements and relevant background to look for parts resourcing Steering the imported and returned vehbossicles proccess. Submit a vehicle restoration work order accorbossding to the modification plan Test plan for match of the city and license plate +Project coordination/steering(25%) Support for Project steering Support for reporting and create PPT,Excel reports + Daily shift management (5%) Create daily test schedule based on test requirements, organize relevant test resource Coordinate test resource to fulfill all test requirement Organize relevant round to transparent any standup issue Coordinate with testing drivers/TO interface to manage all driver/TO related issue Responsible for driver/TO knowledge management with relevant activities Responsible for driver/TO KPI collection, ensure TO/driver’s competency Qualifications + Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering, electrics, engineering/project mankanzhunagement is preferred + Basic knowledge on complete vehicle and ADAS/AD system, (familiar with ECU/sensor flashing, calibration/troubleshooting) + Experience in vehicle R&D area especially vehicle management and vehicle testing + Experience with vehicle operations and/or vehicle dispatch + English is required as working language + Good computer skills using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) + Kno直聘wledge of project management techniques and tools is preferred + Driving license is required, internal testing license is a plus + Good leadership, sense of cooperation, strong management and communication skill + Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate technical concepts and issues + Ability to travel, as needed
