岗位职责: Position responsibilities: 1. 负责根据产品定位，独立撰写产品信息和广告，定期通过邮件推广新产品和新信息; Responsible for independen来自BOSS直聘tly writing product information and advertisement based on product positioning, and regularly promoting new products and information via email; 2. 负责在公司公开主页进行宣传以及各类app上维护公司信息，如在:Facebook、Instagram、抖音、Youtube上发布和更新公司产品信息，制定和执行推广计划，增加关注者数量，提升品牌知名度，提升产品和品牌曝光率，带动流量，并对效果进行监测和分析; Responsible for publicity on the company's public homepage and maintaining company information on various apps, such as posting and updating company product information on: Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Youtube, formulating and executing promotionBOSS直聘 plans, increasing follower count, enhancing brand awareness, boosting product and bbossrand exposure, driving traffic, and monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness; 3. 了解区域细分方式，能根据不同市场需求撰写营销方案。 Understand regional segmentation, able write marketing plans according to different market needs. 4. 主动联系行业协会，建立基础商务合作模式；熟悉国外主要社交平台推广，根据公司产品定位进行广告营销，对推广工作的效果和数据进行分析和反馈，优化推广策略，传播品牌价值； Proactively contact industry associations to establish basic business cooperation models; Familiar with major foreign social media platforms for promotion, conduct advertising marketing based on the company's product positioning, analyze and provide feedback on the effectiveness and data of promotional work, optimize promotion strategies, and communicate brand value; 5. 负责市场调研和分析，定期跟踪竞争对手和客户信息，分析客户和竞争对手的行为模式和市场趋势，及时向公司提供基础数据报告进行有效的市场反馈; Responsible for market research and analysis, regularly tracking competitor and customer information, analyzing customer and competitor’s behavior patterns and market trends, and timely 来自BOSS直聘providing basic data reports to the company of effective market feedback; 6. 协助国外销售经理、营销经理跟踪市场行业展会，参与并协助跟进会议及展会的整体工作； Assist the overseas sales manager and marketing manager in tracking industry exhibitions, participate in and assist in the overall work of meetings and exhibitions; 任职要求： Job Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历，具有3年及以上市场营销工作经验，英语可作为工作语言，阅读、书面表达及口语沟通能力强，海外留学/工作经验俱佳 Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of experience in marketing, English can be used as a working language, with strong reading, written expression, and oral communication skills, and overseas study/working experience is preferred; 2. 至少1年以上Facebook，Google广告投放经验，有成功案例者优先，具kanzhun备较强的信息收集、整合，及网络文案撰写能力； At least 1 year of experience in Facebook and Google advertising, with successful case studies preferred, possess strong information collection, integration, and online copywriting skills; 3. 熟悉线上传播、渠道推广等流量运营方式，了解互联网流量结构模型，了解主流用户产品策略和流量获取渠道; Familiar with online communication, channel promotion, and other traffic operation methods, understand the structure model of internet traffic, and be aware of mainstream user product strategies and traffic acquisition channels; 4. 具备出色的应变能力和统筹协调能力，能有效推进项目落地。 Possess excellent adaptability and coordination skills, capable of effectively advancing project implementation.
