1. 负责阿里国际客户体验部C端产品和中台产品功能研发，服务好 AE、Lazada、淘海外、ICBU等海外业务； 2. 参与到整个前端体系的工程建设，包括不限于，工程平台，业务域通用组件，低代码建设等； 3. 在理解产品业务的基础上，提升产品的用户体验； 4. 结合业务特点创新应用前端技术解决前端团队开发过程中面临的各类问题，提升整个前端团队开发效能。 1. Responsible for the C-end product and middle-end product function development of Alibaba International Customer Experience Department, and serve overseas businesses such as AE, Lazada, Taohaiwai, ICBU, etc. 2. Participate in the engineering construction of the entire front-end system, including but not limited to engineering platform, business domain common components, low-code construction, etc. 3. Improve the user experience of the product based on understanding the product business 4. Combine business characteristics to innovate and apply front-end technology to solve various problems faced by the front-end team in the development process, and improve the development efficiency of the entire front-end team 1. 掌握 JavaScript、HTML、CSS 等原生前端基础技kanzhun术；熟悉 Web 前端技术，精通React/Vue 等框架中的一种或以上，有复杂应用（大型SPA）开发经验； 2. 对前端工程化有一定理解，熟练掌握 Webpack / Grunt / Gulp 等工具的使用和配置，有 node 开发经验； 3. 了解不同浏览器平台的特性，能够很好地解决兼容问题，具备良好的 UI 交互实现能力； 4. 善于发现工作流程、产品体验中的问题，且较强的沟通能力和问题解决能力。 职位要求： 1.
