岗位职责  负责天猫/京东/小红书/抖音渠道店铺推广工作;  熟悉天猫/京东/小红书/抖音所有渠道,来自BOSS直聘维护和优化提高产品数据,以效果为导向,并可以根据数据进行调整策略;  拆解投放规划,包括预算分配、人群规划、货品投放规划等;  日常店铺数据分析,竞品及竞店数来自BOSS直聘据分析评估,及时结合推广数据反馈操作中所遇到的问题。 任职资格  本科及以上学历,了解天猫/京东/小红书/抖音渠道营销方向的变化,精通直通车、引力魔方、万相台、品销宝等投放工具;  boss拥有清晰的逻辑思路及数据分析能力,擅长通过数据分析发现并解决问题;  拥有电子/鞋服/奢品/美妆等BOSS直聘行业相关经验优先。
