岗位描述：通过端到端交付创新/变革项目来优化门店运营采用敏捷工作方式测试新概念，以加速创新项目旨在提升整体销售额和毛利，优化SG&A，并改善顾客体验 流程管理： 设计简单、可重复且可持续的客户和业务改进来自BOSS直聘流程，以提高门店的生产力 开发精益流程，减少门店中的浪费和无价值的活动寻找能够改善门店线下购物体验的机会，例如布局、陈列、劳动力分配和工作任务迭代 制定项目提案、项目章程和执行计划，并能够在各级领导之间进行有效沟通 能够独立进行财务投资回报率（ROI）分析，设计和跟踪财务和运营指标 科技系统： 调研并提出新解决方案，以提高门店的销售、现场管理的运营效率以及客户体验 落地并迭代门店自动化和简化相关的系统 战略规划： 制定3年项目路线图以确保销售、SG&A 承诺的实现 发掘门店提升机会并发起项目 参与新业态开发的设计和决策 技kanzhun能： 精益六西格玛 风险管理 端到端的思维方式 零售经验（Highly preferred） MBA（Not a must） 解决复杂问题的能力 分析思维 在压力下工作良好 较强的人际交往能力 企业家精神 Description: End-to-end delivery of innovational/transformational projects for store operations. Agile way of working to test new concepts to accelerate innovation. Develop lean processes that reduce waste and non value-added activities in store. Find opportunities that improve stores’ offline shopping experiences, e.g layout, display, labor distribution, work tasks iteration Formulate project proposal, project charter, and execution plan; effectively communicate across all levels of leaders Able to perform financial ROI analysis, design and track financial and operational metrics independently -Technology Research and implement new solutions and / or technologies to improve SG&A, field management’s operating efficiency, and customer experience at stores. Accelerate programs related to automation & simplification -Strategic planning: Develop 3yr roadmap of projects to secure SG&A commitments. Focused on developing pipeline of projects.
