Job description By joining WinTool China in Shanghai, you’l来自BOSS直聘l be part of a high-tech startup adventure in one of the most exciting places in the world, within the promising industry of Digital Manufacturing (also called Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory). Your Mission： As a Pre-Sales & Application Engineer, you are the key person bridging the technical and business worlds, from pre-sales to after-sales phases, through project implementation. Pre-Sales: You play an important role in winning sales. You analyze the prospects’ business and technical requirements and you are able to propose suitable solutions, among Win Tool’s existing featurBOSS直聘es or for the technical team to develop. You demonstrate the software and explain how it meets customers’ needs. After-Sales: When cuskanzhuntomers have agreed to purchase WinTool, you go on-site to install and configure the software, train the customers to use it and teach them best practices. You help them to set up the implementation plan, and follow-up on its step-by-step execution. Ongoing activities: You are the main contact for technical matters, whether it is with our strategic partners or with the development team 来自BOSS直聘in Switzerland. You also attend trade shows and business events to promote WinTool China’s products and develop the network of prospects and partners. Desired Skills and Experience: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering - 3+ years of relevant experience - Professional English and Mandarin (spoken and written) - Familiar with product management / project management methodology and tools - Experience in software development and knowledge of C#. NET environment and SQL databases would be a plus - Enjoying startup work environment and self-motivated
