Job description By joining WinTool China in Shanghai, you’ll be part of a high-tech starBOSS直聘tup adventure in one of the most exciting places in the world, within the promising industry of Digital Manufacturing (also called Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory). Your Mission： As a Pre-Sales & Application Engineer, you are the key person bridging the technical and business worlds, from pre-sales to after-sales phases, through project implementation. Pre-Sales: You play an important role in winning sales. You analyze the prospects’ business and technical requirements and you are able to propose suitable solutions, among Win Tool’s existing features or for the technical team to develop. You demonstrate the software and explain how it meets customers’ needs. After-Sales: When customers have agreed to purchase WinTool, you go on-site to install and configure the software, train the customers to use it and teach them best practices. You help them to set up the implementation plan, and follow-up on its step-by-step execution. Ongoing activities: You are the main contact for technical matt直聘ers, whether it is with our strategic partners or with the development team in Switzerland. You also attend trade shows and business events to promote WinTool China’s products and develop the network of prospects and partners. Desired Sk直聘ills and Experience: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering - 3+ years of relevant experience - Professional English and Mandarin (spoken and written) - Familiar with product management / project management methodology and tools - Experience in bosssoftware development and knowledge of C#. NET environment and SQL databases would be a plus - Enjoying startup work environment and self-motivated
