As an FTS Representative， to provide technical support and assistance, and to maintain records of the actual conditions and application standards witnessed on site. To establish and to report whether Sigma Coatings products and systems are applied following the specified standards and recommended procedures, to protect Sigma Coatings against claims and complaints, whilst enhancing the customer satisfaction. （作为FTS代表，提供技术支持和协助，并记录现场见证的实际情况和应用标准。 建立并报告西格玛涂料产品和系统是否按照规定的标准和推荐程序使用，以保护西格玛涂料免受索赔和投诉，同时提高客户满意度。） Key Responsibilities ： （主要职责） 1.Ensure that the guidelines, as provided by FTS BU MPC are followed. （确保遵循FTS BU MPC提供的指导方针。） 2.To keep accurate and detailed records of the projects and have the information correctly transferred to the right standard reporting forms in time, to ensure that Sigma Alon interests are protected. （对项目进行准确、详细的记录，并将信息及时正确地传递到正确的标准报告表中，以确保Sigma Kalon的利益得到保护。） 3. To attend the assigbossned projects and conduct job. （参加分配的项目，做好本职工作。） 4. In case of any deviation of the specified standards which may or could be the cause of a claim or complaint, immediately inform the responsible FTS Manager providing all relevant information. （如果出现任何可能或可能导致索赔或投诉的指定标准偏差，应立即通知负责的FTS经理，并提供所有相关信息。） 5. To be aware of the content of the Material Safety Data Sheets and be familiar with the local safety rules and regulations and follow them. (了解材料安全数据表的内容，熟悉当地的安全规章制度并遵守。) 9.To handle complaints carefully and in such a way that his/her actions and verbal or written reports/comments bossdo not result in commitment or assumption of responsibility that is outside of his/her authorities, which could result in Sigma Coatings being held liable. (谨慎处理投诉，使其行为和口头或书面报告/意见不会导致其职权范围之外的承诺或责任承担，这可能导致西格玛涂料公司承担责任。) 10.In case of complaint (potential claim) the responsible FTS Manager must be informed(involved) immediately. (如果发生投诉（潜在索赔），必须立即通知负责的FTS经理。) Qualifications ： （任职资格） 1. High school/Polytechnic School/Ship-officer or seaman qualification or similar. (高中/理工学院/船舶驾驶员或海员资格或类似资格。) 2. Marine/Yar直聘d/PC or Contractor experience with a coating background. (具有涂层背景的海事/船厂/PC或承包商经验。) 3. PC literate and internet communication （电脑知识和网络交流。）
