岗位职责： • Conduct new product development according to New Product Development Procedure, consider quality, cost, Lead-time. Cooperate with software engineers and Mechanical engineers. boss• Provide rapid technical support to internal team (FAE, QUALITY, LABORATORY, PE, PURCHASE, etc) and customers. • Structure analysis and optimize for mass produced products. • Improve RD prof直聘essional competitiveness to win business. 任职要求： • 5+ year experience on electronic hardware design. boss(industrial electronic products preferred) • Solid experience on electronic design process, familibossar with DFMEA, DVP, DV implementation, etc • Familiar with PCB and PCBA manufacture processes. • Familiar with electronic related standard and certif来自BOSS直聘ication such as CCC, UL, ect. • Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering or similar • Could use Electronic design tool to finish Schematic design and PCB Layout. (Altium Designer experience preferred) • Good command in Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) • Willing to learn and take challenge • Good at communication, teamwork • Problem-solving skill • Work under pressure • Willing to travel
