Key Responsibilbossities: Tasks will include but are not limited to: Manage project implementation, including tracking and summarizing project progress and draft reporting materials, Manage relationships来自BOSS直聘 with key local stakeholders related to climate finance, Assist to the Project Director on EDF’s climate finance program strategies that align with the goal of mitigating emissions, Work closely with other colleagues to support the office-wide events as required, Communicate and collaborate with different teams in the EDF China, participate in advancing EDF Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals in which people from all backgrounds and experiences feel connected, included, and empowered to address the environmental and orkanzhunganizational challenges in alignment with EDF values, Undertake and complete other related tasks assigned by the leader. Participate in advancing EDF DEI goals in which people from all backgrounds and experiences feel connected, included, and empowered to address the environmental and organizational challenges in alignment with EDF values  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, climate, economics, finance, public policy, and other related majors are preferred, More than four years of work experience in climate related fields, good understanding and background in China’s finance and banking polices is plus, Demonstrated ability to follow organizational procedures and perform under deadlines, can plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload, Strong interpersonal communication, and coordination skills, Fluency in Chinese and English来自BOSS直聘 (both oral and writing) is required, Demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency andkanzhun inclusivity, and ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
