This position will work closely with ISS strategic projects in the PMO office to ensure standardized practices and strategic alignment across multiple projects within the organization. The manager will track the strategic projects' day-to-day ex直聘ecution and ensure that they adhere to the defined objectives, budget, and timeline. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese and demands excellent project management skills to en直聘sure that all design deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. And technical background or Product manager in an Internet company will be preferred. Responsibility 1) Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of design projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion. 2) Solution design and requirements prioritizing: Collecting, prioritizing, and documenting product features and requirements with team together. 3) Communication and Coordination: Working closely with engineers, UI/UX designers, business focal ,PM to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines; 4) Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders as required to ensure that all project records are bossaccurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders Requirements: 1. More than 8 years' in-depth experience in IT service team. 2. Product design （systemic）especially has digital transformation or decision-making product experience is a must. 3. Expert in ML/ AI will be a plus. 4. Strong project management capability, strategic thinking and forwarding looking. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner and agile to changes, result & performance driven. 6. Passionate, self-motivated, proactive, and strong teamBOSS直聘 player 7.
