Daily technical support for the existing customers and sales team from Agents
为现有客户及代理商的销售团队提供日常技术支持
Regular customer visit, Implement on filed technical training & new product introduction

Technical support and service on field when requested by customers
客户要求的现场技术支持及服务
Identification of potential requirements and prepare the acquisition file in technical side
识别潜在需求并准备技术需求规格书
Daily communication with headquarters of Germany to get the necessary technical support to customers
与托马斯德国总部保持日常交流，及时获取客户端必要的技术支持
Take care of customer’s complaints and coordinate the analysis process
负责客户抱怨处理，并协调分析过程
Recognize the technical trend and organize the technical documents for headquarters in Germany
认识技术发展趋势，并为德国总部准备相关的技术文档说明
Technical support for commercial side of the project development investigation for China mobile hydraulic department

Lead the technical cooperation with 3rd party cooperators in China market

Job requirements
University degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or appropriate professional background and experience
大学本科学历及以上，机械/电子工程领域或相关的工作背景及经验
At least 3-5 years of development experience in Electronic-hydraulic system or Electronic-Mechanical system
至少3到5年电液或者电机械系统的开发经验
Good pilot control and system knowledge in off-highway (electro)hydraulics(Mainstage,Pump, Transmission and so on) is preferred
对工程机械先导控制系统有良好知识的优先考虑
Good knowledge of embedded system, More than one year software(C language) development is preferred
良好的嵌入式系统知识，超过1年的软件开发经验(C语言)优先考虑
Familiar with CAN bus communication, Experienced with SAE1939/CANopen protocol is preferred
熟悉CAN总线通信，有SAE1939/CAN open协议经验的优先考虑
Good communication and presentation skills
