- 跟踪培训效果,例如新销售业绩提升,电话量监控,课程顾问发展等方面
Planning and Delivering Training Programs: Deliver training programs according to the organization's need.
Impacting and Improving Sales Performance: Develop a comprehensive sales process utilizing a
set of innovative tools, materials as well as in- and off- field observations.
Track training impact on sales team performance to strategic objectives such as revenue, call
activity, sales staff development.
Key Qualification 职位要求:
- 大学本科学位或以上,拥有优秀的演讲能力和沟通技能,良好的英文口语及书写能力
- 3年以上管理和销售培训经验,3年以上顾问式销售的 top sales 经历(英语教培经历优先)
- 熟练使用电脑及相关软件制作培训文档和材料
Bachelor’s degree or above, with excellent presentation, communication and writing skills in
local language & English.
3+ years’ experience in the management and delivery of sales training, 3+ years successful track record in a sales role.
Computer and software skills to develop and present training documents and material
