Services and Deliverables The team is looking for a failure analysis team who is responsible for products failure root cause analysis, which carry out inspection and analysis via FA tools to support all product lines. The vendor team will be responsible for specified FA techniques and their data analysis. The team will work closely with FA group to define the failure analysis procedures and timelines, provide high quality data and able to perform this efficiently in a lab environment. Current Product lines covered All Production lines
Technology Physical-FA and Electrical-FA tools, like SEM, FIB, X-section, TDR, LIT, etc.
Technical Requirements
• SEM&EDX, FTIR, X-Ray/CT, LIT, TDR, etc. FA/testing hands-on experience
• Keen to learn, being enthusiastic on any assigned tasks
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
• Willing to dive deep into complex issues
• Organized and passionate about details with extraordinary problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written English communication skills are preferred
Education Master or above degree in Material, Physical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, etc.
