Key Responsibilities: 
- Hands on engineering leader with deep understanding of open source statck and distributed systems
- Design layered application, drive the highest quality of architecture and design of purchase/logistic systems
- Align with PO and business to understand the problem and come out solution, and align with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission critical projects to resolve complex business problem
- Draw a roadmaps and vison for the scalable and robust growth of the merchant platform to support business growth
- Collaborate with other Coupang tech teams to make the service extensible to unlock opportunities for innovations
 
Basic Qualifications: 
Excellent communication skills, good read/write skills in English
Exceptional deep dive skills and someone who is bar raiser for engineering excellence
At least 8+ years working experience on software design & development
Rich experience on distributed system and rich experience developing large scale enterprise
Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with frequent and on-time
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
