电池系统集成工程师

Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer demand analysis and marine battery systems overall solution development and design;
Responsible for controlling supplier's technical solutions, including solution implementation, design review, etc.;
Responsible for the process and delivery management of the battery system development process;
Responsible for solving battery system testing problems and working with suppliers to resolve them;
Responsible for the interface with other systems and solving the interaction problems between the battery system and other systems onboard;
Responsible for after-sales technical problems, confirm the causes and jointly formulate rectification plans with suppliers, and track closure-related issues;
Responsible for the preparation, output and certificate application of product design-related documents;
Responsible for product updates and iterations
职责描述：
负责船用电池系统的客户需求分析及整体方案开发设计；
负责把控供应商技术方案，包括方案落地，技术把关、设计评审等；
负责电池系统开发流程中的进程及交付管理；
负责电池系统测试类问题解决，与供应商共同解决；
负责与其他系统的接口，解决电池系统与船舶交互问题；
负责售后技术问题，确认原因并与供应商共同制定整改方案，跟踪关闭相关问题；
负责产品的设计相关文件编制、输出以及证书申请；
负责产品更新迭代。
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, electrochemistry, electrical engineering, automation and other related majors;
More than 5 years of experience in battery system design, preferably those with experience in marine battery or containered battery design;
Familiar with battery cells, battery system structure, electrical, thermal management, BMS and testing related;
Have a technical background in battery pack development or battery system integration, be familiar with the battery system development process, and have rich experience in actual integration projects;
Familiar with structural and electrical software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, and Eplan;
Understand the reliability design tools of DFMEA and PFMEA;
Understand industry standards and development trends, and have the ability to judge the technological advancement of products
English can be used as the working language.
Good at communication and team work.
任职要求：
本科以上学历，机电一体化、电化学、电气工程、自动化等相关专业；
5年以上电池系统设计经验，有船用电池或集装箱电池设计经验者优先；
熟悉电芯、电池系统结构、电气、热管理、BMS及测试相关知识；
具备电池包开发技术背景或电池系统集成技术背景，熟悉电池系统开发流程，有丰富的实际集成项目经验；
熟悉CATIA、AutoCAD、Eplan等结构及电气软件；
了解DFMEA、PFMEA的可靠性设计工具；
了解行业标准及发展趋势，对产品技术先进性有判断能力；
英语可用作工作语言；
擅长沟通和交流。
